I went to go get my platinum rings polish and the lady was kind enough to do it for me BUT only seem to give it more scratches as their machines could not polish out platinum so don't get your platinum rings polish there, go to STARNS jewelers instead. They will charge a very small fee but the ring looks like brand new.
