Each visit has it's own account number. Also, I received a poor physical therapy service. The room was tiny with one of those doctor's stretch bed, no equipment whatsoever. The poor limited physical therapist had nothing to work with. To sum it all, I got a crappy massage for the small amount of $561.00. I've been going to The Therapy Network in the tidewater area, a well equipped place with knowledgeable staff, the whole visit of almost two hours? 52.00. No wonder why health insurance are skyrocketing, hospitals like this are gauging the system.
Personally when I go to the hospital it's either because I'm in pain or I don't feel too well and I need their extra help. But they need to have a time management to speed up the services because you have others as waiting to see the doctor also they need more rooms because don't nobody likes to be sitting in the middle. Walkway basically as a hospital room that is so unprofessional. and then it takes too long to get to one patient then go to the other but yet you won't hire new people to help you have a better rating
Had a heart attack 2 years ago was rushed to the hospital and they were wonderful. I spent 3 days in ICU and personal attention was just outstanding. After my release follow up was more than I could have hoped for. I would recommend them to you highly.
I am visiting from way up in Maryland and was in pain that couldn't be explained. Thought I was bleeding internally. And I really didn't know what treatment to expect from a small southern Emergency Room. I was pleasantly surprised. The entire staff from the beautiful lady at the intake desk to the nurses and the doctor were great. Everyone was pleasant and took the time to explain test results, the diagnosis and treatments to me and my wife. Another great reason to visit North Carolina.
I just had the most wonderful telephone encounter! The switchboard operator pleasantly greeted me with a genuine "Happy Holidays" and was most helpful in trying to get me to the right person. After speaking with her, I was in a more festive mood...if that's possible! Thank you for employing such a beautiful spirit; it really helps during the holidays!!
