I filed a complaint with the board to start a paper trail as directed by my attorney.
He neglected to inform me that he made a change or that he made a switch without my authorization(I was executrix of my aunt's estate just for reference sake). I feel that my brother and cousin knew about the deception, though....sad family dynamics. The cousin, Glendale, of Gates, NC is friends with Mr. Blair. I saw them talking while standing under my deceased aunt's carport on one occasion after funeral.
Oddly everything looked to be in order at the wake,no questions. Some things did not go right with my experience with this service offered by Blair Funeral Home.
This business doesn't deserve any rating from my experience with it, but in order to write a review something had to be clicked....I chose the lowest because of the lowest customer service i believe that was provided. I just became aware that I could rate it after all these years.
and ,what was ordered(casket) and what Blair delivered on the day of funeral was shocking and not what I had picked out to bury auntie in.
I will not use Blair Funeral business again nor do I because of this experience trust his integrity and do not and will not recommend him. I hope by now he has cleaned up his act...I don't trust him nor Glendale B.(cousin)nor my brother ever again to handle any family matters of mine. Forgive and moving on, but no trust here.
