Of course pictures were taken and I hope to return on another visit.
My friend and I enjoyed visiting the cemetery and church at Saint Paul's recently. So much history there. The old grave markers were interesting to read and all under the shade of huge (and I do mean HUGE) magnolia trees. I'd go back again.
It was an wonderful experience walking into this historical church where town dignitaries had attended!
Take a wonderful step back in time. The cemetery is taken care of and it is interesting to read the tombstones. The inside of the church is gorgeous and it is still in use.
A favorite for me in historic Edenton. The mature plantings, old architecture and century-plus-old graves are the essence of what gives Edenton, NC its charm.
