I liked the small town family feel of this dealership. They are will to negotiate on price even though their vehicles are already competitively priced. The only dealership that I have found that will discuss their price point and why they have to sell a vehicle at a certain price; I like a win/win for everyone.

In the past when buying a car, I was attracted to unique body styles with quirky "personalities". This time was different. As a new mom, my desire for a compact car had been replaced with needing a bigger vehicle with room for a car seat, stroller, and the 100 other things you have to bring along when transporting a baby. My research online led me to test drive the Escape at my local Ford dealership. I was already impressed with the great safety ratings but I was even more pleased to see that a back up camera comes standard in every model! There was plenty of room and more for all of my family and their belongings to fit comfortably. After a smooth test drive while applying the usefulness of all the SYNC features, I was in love with the Escape and ready to sign on the dotted line. However, in order to drive home in my new car, I first had to go through the usually dreaded process of actually purchasing the vehicle. I could not have been more surprised at how fun and easy it was to work with Feyer Ford. Eric, my salesman, was very upfront about pricing and paperwork and the entire process was speedy and seamless. I drove away feeling I was treated kindly and fairly. I know I can contact Feyer Ford if I ever have any questions and look forward to using their service center in the future. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great new or used car and will surely purchase my next car from Feyer Ford!
